Into The Storm, an upcoming natural disaster movie directed by Steven Quale, a production of New Line Cinema, Village Roadshow Pictures and Broken Road Productions. The scripts for this movie were written by John Swetnam, and on the September 23, 2013, the Warner Bros came out with a released date for this movie on the 8th of August, 2014(United States), and 7th of August in Malaysia(and any country with the same release date).

My gratitude to Nuffnang Malaysia for inviting me to the Premiere Screening of Into The Storm yesterday night at TGV, 1 Utama. :D

Let us have a short trip through the trailer, shall we?

In the span of just a few hours, the city of Silverton is ravaged by an unprecedented onslaught of the most furious twisters they’ve ever seen. The entire town is at the mercy of the erratic and deadly cyclones, even as storm trackers predict the worst is yet to come. Most people seek shelter, while others run toward the vortex, testing how far a storm chaser will go for that once-in-a-lifetime shot.

Told through the eyes and lenses of professional storm chasers, thrill-seeking amateurs, and courageous townspeople, “Into the Storm” throws you directly into the eye of the storm to experience Mother Nature at her most extreme.” – Into The Storm

This film is basically about the storms (tornadoes), a natural disaster that hit on a town. The waves of tornadoes came and formed into a ginormous swirling storm, destroying the town in just seconds of time.

The film started with a story of a group of the “beast(tornado/storms)” chaser who are chasing after the crazy storms for a documentary. Allison Stone (Sarah Wayne), a PhD Holder who studies about storms and nature phenomenal has predicted the storm to hit on Silverton.

In another part of the story, Gary (Richard Armitage), a school principle of a school in the town of Silverton, brace himself to find and save his beloved son, Donnie, who trapped in an old paper factory located miles away from Silverton.

One word for this movie, Superb. My rating for this movie would be 5/5. Unbelievable CGI they did on the movie. With all those swirling tornadoes, and fires and flying cars, lorry, trucks, airplanes, and emotionally touched moment also. I shed some tears you know, during some parts.

"BOO! Dougy cries!"

Hey, a man can cry too okay. That doesn't kick my manliness away. I put my empathy in the movie ma, that's why. If you put yours in, I am sure you will cry also. :P *ahems*

Anyway, what impressed me most in this movie is the Fire Tornado. it feels like i'm playing a MMORPG, casting a swirling Fire. LoL(League of Legends) developer should consider adding this skills onto Janna. LOL. Or maybe Cherrycredits can consider adding the same skills on Salaena. LOL. *out of topic*

Oh, what special about this movie is the way they capture all scenes. It's a little bit different from how movies are usually shot, but Into The Storm, it's something unique. It's more like a vlogging and documentary. Which impressed me too. :P

Moral Values. In this movie, I learnt that with the strength of humanity and also the faith in us, we can defeat anything even the strongest disaster. So, don't doubt yourself. :)

I Highly recommend all of you to watch it in Theatre for better experience. Or you may watch it at your own home theatre, depends on you la. LOL. :x Watching in theatre, with all the sound effect, a major plus point for that. It will make you feel like you are in the movie itself. No joke. I experienced it yesterday. Trust me. :P

For me, I think this movie is a must watch, especially to those who like Thrillers genre type of movie.

Anyway, make sure you don’t miss it out all right? Click here to see when is the release date of this film in your country! :D
